I bought orthopedic insoles there in September 2019. The customer service was great, however, the product was only in good shape for six months. Holes in the outer covering developed. Note that these insoles are only used for exercising, not daily activities. Will go someplace else for new insoles.

The absolute worst service ever. No communication. No sense of concern. Everything is their way or no way. Very frustrating. I needed (still need) compression socks. They measured my legs after the therapist measured two weeks before. They told me to come in. Not ready. Then wait two weeks. Not ready. Then they ordered socks AND something else I don’t need and that’s what was holding it up. Not ready. Now I’m waiting outside the door. Almost late to my Lymphedema treatment. Not ready. Not here. Their answering service says they will open at 9am. The door says 10:30am. No communication and not ready. Use literally ANY other service but them.
