My son and I walked in and it was a near perfect experience. We did have to wait but it was worth it. The Dr. we saw spent close to an hour with us- he was very patient and very thorough. A few days later I had a follow up question, he got on the phone and again took the time to explain. I highly recommend ProHealth- Valley Occupational & Urgent Care.

The staff is great here, but they have quickly become a very slow clinic. They now only have one provider often on staff and you're stuck waiting 30-40 minutes. I wouldn't recommend if you need actual 'urgent' care.
