I had an issue about my mail, and Rick helped with very professional manner. All staffs are busy and nice. He explained my issue and he tried to do it for me. I hope it figure it out smoothly. I want to appreciate to Rick.

The sender wrote wrong address yet it was scanned to a different address and delivered to tamered address even though it was not supposed to. The employees did not want to recover the erroneous package but were helpful otherwise

Today the mailman who drove the truck in the attached picture didn’t even come inside our business to deliver the mail. Instead he slid it in our mail slot when he knew our establishment was open. I had to go flag him down so that I could give him the mail that needed to go out today. Very lazy and unprofessional!

If I didn't live in Mission I wouldn't use this post office ever. They have horrible customer service. They don't follow alot of their own procedures. Lobby is always constantly dirty. No Social distancing at all.
