Ms. Janice is a magician with a sewing machine! Her prices are reasonable and her work phenomenal. We have never been disappointed by her in our 5 years as clients.
Unbelievably bad service. My fiancee called to schedule consultation for an alteration, was told "what am I supposed to do with that?!" She then proceeded to condescend and lecture about having purchased the item in the first place. I have used this lady in the past, but she lost two customers today. If you want people to pay you money, you need to adjust your attitude because there is no shortage of competition in the area.
