Seriously, If you are looking for a new Paddle Board you should check out MOCEAN. They have a great line up of boards, including inflatables and all the gear you'll need. I've purchased two boards from MOCEAN. Excellent customer care and they delivered to my residence free of charge. Ask for Ryan. Have a blast, Adam Colter

Mocean is vibin' in Dennis now! What a great spot, great shop, super cool new place they landed at. The Mocean crew have upgraded in vibes, somehow! Love the new place, if you haven't visited the new place...GO! The post and beam vaulted ceilings, multiple room location is really great. Apparel and gear as great as always!

Great and friendly local customer service! I had a simple question and was greeted by a smile, thoughtful questions, and knowledgeable advice! After spending a few days doing holiday shopping at the mall I can say this was such a nice and refreshing experience to remind me its way more fun to shop local!!!

This is my only stop on Cape Cod for outdoor gear, apparel, etc... The owners go out of their way to help and even special order items having them in the shop quickly. I have been a customer for many years and the selection continues to impress. Constantly bringing in new items from all the big brands, and cool smaller brands you may have never thought of. Not to mention the expert advice on everything paddle from SUP to Kayak. This should be your first and only stop for everything beach to mountain.

Mistreated Employee

I am writing this review for the public to see and with hopes of preventing further mistreatment. I have created an anonymous account to protect myself. After working for the company for quite a few years, I made the decision to quit and begin working for a more trustworthy and honest business. While MOCEAN definitely puts forth great product and customer service, the behind the scenes is very different. They have an incredibly high turnover rate for a reason. Over the years, I dealt with passive remarks, inappropriate hourly wages, and even had a phone thrown across the store at me. Since working elsewhere, I have been ridiculed for entering MOCEAN and even blocked on social media. Despite my efforts to take the high road and remain friends with the MOCEAN owners, I have been shunned and continue to be bullied by them. I am not the only employee to be abused by these owners. Others have exited through lawsuits and explosive fights. While my efforts behind the scenes have been ignored, I hope that this public review will raise some awareness.

Finally made it in to get my new Yeti top and was very excited to see that they carry Pura Vida bracelets & rings! I'm a huge fan of the bracelets as they (Pura Vida) donates a percentage of certain bracelets to environmental causes, health awareness, cancer awareness and more. Picked up a new bracelet for myself, my 5yr old and my 3yr old! After our purchase the cashier even helped my daughter put on her bracelet/anklet! I have always had the best customer service! Friendly, laid back and efficient! Every time I go, no matter what season I can always find what I'm looking for! Highly recommend!

Having shopped here over the years I can say quite a bit about Ryan and his staff. Customer service is paramount, and that's just the beginning. I was looking for a particular item and they did not carry it, but the woman I spoke to said they would get it ordered for the store and that it would be in within 7-10 days. Since their nationwide competitor had it on the shelf they ordered a case to have it in stock for everyone. Take a moment to think about how impressive that is. Flip the scenario and but a big box retailer in that position. Would they immediately put an item on their next order from a vendor to stock it in the store? Does the store manager even have that power? Or would they be more likely to direct you to their website? Very few of us will ever run into Bezos at the supermarket, so why line his pockets? Almost all of us will run into Ryan and his staff outside of Mocean, either having fun on the trail, or at an event supporting the community. Keep this in mind when shopping.
