The sales and service tech were nice. We decided to rent an RO system from them, initially just wanting it to our fridge water. Sales guy convinced us to run it to the pot filler at well without ever even taking a glance at our piping. It was a mess, never worked properly. Getting a tech come out was almost impossible. He was either a no show or several hours late. The general manager told us several times he would come out himself to look at things, and he also no showed. Manager told us to call him and front desk lady would never put us through. It is a circuis and everyone will always give you a different story and excuse.. I've heard good things about the other locations, but this one is an embarrassment to culligan.

STAY AWAY - CALL ANYONE ELSE!!! If I could give these guys negative stars, I would. We had our RO system installed a year ago and they have had to come out no less than 12 times. We've had issues from leaks to incorrect installation to broken parts and NOTHING is EVER fixed right the first time. If you have a service issue, plan to see the service tech no less than three times for the same thing. Today is a prime example. We had the tech out on Friday 11/22 because our system was running non stop filtered water (It is supposed to toggle between filtered and unfiltered water with a button) . We were told it was a part under the sink and he'd be back to replace it the week of Thanksgiving. Low and behold that week came and went without so much as an call or an update. I called again on 12/2 to get an update and the rude lady at the desk said she'd have someone call me back. 24 hours later still no reply so I called again. This time she made up some excuse about how they were still gathering parts and they'd call back when they were in. I refused to accept that answer and was told again someone would call. Well, about three hours later the tech called and said he'd be out between 1 and 3. He showed up and spent 45 minutes here tinkering only to say that the part was NOT in and he'd had to come back AGAIN. So he wasted my time AND his. I asked why he even came and he said he was told to just show up and \try a few things\ none of which obviously worked. Keep in mind the part we need is a VERY COMMON part that should be in stock yet somehow it is mysteriously hard to get according to the tech. THESE GUYS ARE AN EMBARRASSMENT TO CULLIGAN AND TO SERVICE TECHS EVERYWHERE. RUN THE OTHER WAY IF THEY TRY TO SELL OR LEASE YOU THEIR RO SYSTEM. THE PRODUCT MAY BE OK BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A THREE RING CIRCUS AND THE MANAGEMENT TEAM HAS NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING. IT'S THE OLD ONE HAND DOES NOT KNOW WHAT THE OTHER HAND IS DOING.

Well, today marks the third scheduled repair appointment the Mokena Culligan business missed. Unable to follow company procedure to call morning of appointment with time. Tecnician and office staff offer no reason.

They did a great job. They told me ahead of time the issues we’d encounter with my weird layout. They still made it work. My salesman was a good man. I’m glad i chose them. They did my moms reverse osmosis system at her house too so i was referred. At the end of the day, I was happy to give them my business.
