We rented a tritoon for the day and had a flawless experience. We rented a house nearby and Captain's Quarter had no issues with me kayaking there and leaving the kayak for the day. Our boat was clean, ran great, and had all appropriate safety equipment. The guys were polite and answered my questions thoroughly. While casting off, the kid at the dock, Hunter, was very helpful and nice. No issues with returning the boat. I would definitely rent from here again.

Every negative review about this place should be deleted. There was no grumpy people there, very helpful, talkative, and attentive. Gas cost to refuel the boats is expected, so complaining about its is nonsense. The son and father duo was awesome and they will have our business in the future.

Place is awesome. Lots of quality tackle, prices are no worse than cabelas for same brands. Love having a local place with this caliber of gear. No experience related to rentals, but staff left me alone to browse til I needed something, then were helpful and didn’t try to BS me. Shop LOCAL!!!

Terrible customer service. They act like you're bothering them to be in the store. If you're not a fisherman or in their clique, you get treated horrible. Rental pontoons are in mediocre shape. The anchor you get wont hold the boat in place and the rope is too short to be able to anchor in decent spots. You have to anchor pretty much right on the shore/rocks. But, if you break their prop, you have to buy a new one....just avoid this place.

Horrible experience. Deck boat broke down twice as engine would not start. Rather than refunding me 1/2 my money they stayed that they would refund me for half the day. Instead of giving me half of 280 they wanted to refund me 40. Owner was also extremely argumentative and at least twice put his fist up on me. When I explained that my son in law got hurt going out the boat so the boat would not scrape up against the rocks bcs the tide was taking it, his response was that he should not have tried to keep the boat from getting damaged. HORRIBLE
