They dont explain things and never directly answer a question. They are raising rent in a senior mobile home park and not going to do a straight across the board raise prople are getting charged different rates based on some weird percentage or some other idea. Its nuts but I guess they are making the owners happy since they are sticking it to the tenets.

The Gaul and audacity of raising the rent at 8600 west lane in Stockton CA. It just shows how greedy people can be there should be some kind of outlet where senior citizens can confide in. I can understand every year but this year is different especially when you see a lot of people giving instead of taking. For the love of God don't you have any feelings for the others?

My experience of them, living in one of there "Shot out" constant rent increase parks with no improvements is not favorable. This level 6 guide. DOES NOT RECOMMEND..... SEEM TO BE SLUMLORDS

I dont do lots of reviews but they do some nice stuff and i wnated to pay it forward. My friend was having a hard time with rent and they helped her out with a payback plan. Didnt have to but did to be nice. Not many do that these days.

Same employees from Storz Management eam, that have 1 star ratings. They do not return calls. They refused to give me correct owners phone number. I have called & left numerous messages as well as their office manager Lynette Stone. Lynette tells me she has received no emails or responses as well. I have been waiting to utilize my complete lot I pay full rent space on since before & after Monolith Properties changed their businesses names from Storz Management. I have a huge issue here and I do not feel like getting attorney's involved

This company recently took over the management of the park my friends lives in and I can't say enough about the positive changes. The old manager was terrible; played favorites, didn't respond to emergencies and retaliated against those who complained. these guys are pros!
