Please heed my warning regarding this company. Very dishonest business. We purchased landscape materials from their York, SC facility and only received partial delivery and they have denied us a refund. They failed to tell us that the boulders we purchased would not be placed where we wanted them upon delivery. Their driver said he could only unload them. We had no way to get 500-1000 lb boulders moved so we sent them back to the facility. Now they are saying they have no record of them being returned (they should have kept better records). I can assure you I have no boulders in my landscape and they still have my 400. I thought going to a locally owned business would mean better customer service but in this case, it was worse.
