Prompt, reliable, actually came to my house to fix the windshield. Worked quickly and efficiently, and everything was perfect. How often does that happen nowadays? Not to mention service with a huge smile! Five star!
He replaced my windshield on Friday and it was quick and easy. It didn’t rain till Monday late afternoon and when it did I tried to use my wipers and they didn’t work!! I called him and he told me he’d be there first thing in the am. He came right away, found the issue, when putting the new windshield in the power supply to the wipers was forgotten to be plugged back in, it was no big deal. He plugged it back in and the wipers worked again perfectly. It was annoying to have to deal with this but we’re both humans and I’ve made mistakes too so I can’t be to upset. What was very satisfying was how professionally he handle the issue and got a resolution. I highly recommend this business, this guys great!
I don't know where to start, maybe customer service, integrity, and friendly? Ok, let's just say all of those - this team and friendship/relationship to their customer is just immense. WORK TIME: they told me it will take to replace my front windshield which will take 30 minutes, and just like that - '25 minutes later' I was back on the road. [Yes, they come down to you!]
Extremely unhappy they left all the broken glass between the door and the panel the door won't open up it's stuck. I would not recommend them.
Awesome service, came at promised time, quick efficient, friendly and not expensive. I saw them fixing a different car in my neighborhood and called the number on the truck about my windshield. They were at me the next morning 8 AM and took about 20 minutes to half an hour to replace the entire windshield.
Had a great experience. Very accommodating with the appointment times arrived on time and had the job completed in the time frame promised. Great service and prices and highly recommend them. Thanks for a great job!
This was so easy. The guys are So nice & professional. They replaced my windshield in a day in my driveway. Hassle free, & best part they handled all the insurance for me as well.
