Charges for missed pick ups if you don't notice within 24hours. Increases their rates and changes date of pick up without informing you. Makes it very hard to leave a contract. When switched, they dumped the garbage on my lot when they picked up the dumpster.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have never had so many issues with simple garbage pick up in my entire life. Every single time I deal with this company I want to throw my phone. I have been told wrong information, had my garbage cans randomly missed, items not picked up when scheduled, etc. They expect you to either pay an extra fee or hoard your garbage for an entire month until bulk day which then you're only allowed 2 items. They were going to charge me PER CHAIR to throw away a stack of plastic outside chairs. They told me to cut up wood and put it in a box for bulk pickup and now I am being told that they can't take it if it's in a box. HORRIBLE company.
Website doesn't tell you squat. You only find out about cost and the ules\ when you get there (such as you cannot dump tires unless you cut them up).
I went with a big name company for a roll off dumpster, thinking that they would have good business ethics. I should have known that this was not the case, when their online advertised price was not accurate, and did not include hundreds of dollars in added fees and taxes (separate from additional tonnage and days.) Although they did have low prices for additional days and tonnage, they DO NOT do pick ups on weekends, but still charge you for those days. Also, the day they pick up and drop off count as a day, even if they drop your dumpster off at 5 PM and pick your dumpster up at 5 AM. So really, you only get 5 days for no additional charge. Waiting to see how they charge for tonnage, whether they count 3.1 tons as 3 or 4 tons (my gut is telling my 4). I am in need of more roll offs in the future, and will not go with this company. I will also NOT recommend them to anybody needing trash or dumpster service, on account of them having terrible business ethics and not trying to make an unsatisfied customer happy.
