good place to live the bad are the two women who work in the office have a bad character and bad attitude with the ispanos they never help you if you have a problem in your space

First off if I could give this place a zero star I would. Matter of fact they deserve a whole lot of negative stars just like the peoples bank account that go negative living here. Rent is high!!! I'm glad they got rid of that wanna be cop. He was just a nuisance to the community. Dude got nothing going on for him besides trying to act like he's a cop. He must of gotten bullied when he was a kid. From what I know he and the towing company had a deal going on. He would call to get your family and friends cars towed and in return he gets a cut from the towing company. That's just plain corrupt. And the worst part is we as a renter here is paying for his wages with these outrageous rents. And it keeps going up each year!! Not only the wannabe cop was bad the management is even worse. They're the ones who let these things happen and not do anything about it. The streets are always dirty. There's a tree problem here. Theres always fallen branches and limbs on the streets. I can go on and on about this place.

I wish Google can give you the option to do not give any star to places like this. I have been a resident for over 10 years. The new management is horrible, I mean the last one too but this one is over the top. The rules are just so absurd here. You will get a warning ticket if you don't comply with their rules but if it's the opposite it's OK, they will ignored you no matter what. Not even after losing a lawsuit give a better management to the people that live there. The rent is outrageous and every year it will be an increment of it. You are not allow to have visitors because they will tow your car. They are allow to shut your water, gas and/or electricity before get a notice. The management are racist and they speak Spanish but won't do it. Oh and the supervisor, Jennifer that woman is even though worse. Too bad by law we can sue the place again but at this stage I am just waiting for the 3 years to pass to again do it.

Out of State Extortionists. Either a fresh water leak, or the small pool has leaked for two years straight. They don’t care. Be prepared to catch 5-12 large Rats under your trailer annually, and pay 1400. In lot fees monthy.

Very nice location! Fell in love with a home but the management office was very prejudice, dont recommended if want to deal with personalities for a fixed 30 year!
