Worst experience ever trying to make delivery. Can’t blame workers seems they don’t have the space for this job. Warehouse was super full when I arrived. 1. Sign where to go to check in is by the dumpster. Not by the door nearest the shipping and receiving area. 2. Super strict about the seal (let them remove it) guessing they’ve had theft happen here. 3. Can’t put any equipment on their dock (would have been helpful to know before I did it with permission to do it) 4. Wait hours to offload after driving in LA traffic. I

Little slow on the unloading part 3 hours minimum. Staff is busy having their own personal conversation while you wait and hear them talk and giggle, not professional at all. Although friendly when assisted. Good size lot to back in smoothly.
TRUCKERS AVOID IF POSSIBLE..LONG WAIT TIMES EVEN IF YOU ARRIVE ON TIME FOR YOUR APT. IF YOU PU OR DEL HERE EXPECT 3/4HRS WASTED EASY. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANY TRUCKER COME HERE THERE ARE BETTER COMPANIES THAT RESPECT OUR TIME. AVOID AT ALL COST UNLESS YOU LIKE TO BE LONG HRS WAITING...
The staff is unperfessional and is not interested to work . Don’t ever go there . You have to bag them to load and unload you , atleast 4 hour wait when they want to do anything
