I go here once a month. I love their Grass fed& Grass finished beef. If you are allergic to corn products you should try this. Once you try it you may never go back to the store for beef. I did a side-by-side comparison with a steak from the farm and one from the store. I could immediately taste the difference- the store had a chemical taste to it. So switching to farm beef was easy for me. The beef comes in individual packaged which makes it easy to pick up a couple items if you are only one person. See Debbie or one of the guys at the farm - tell them what you are looking for & they will get the items out of the freezer for you.

This meat is absolutely amazing! In fact, once we ate Hudson Valley’s 100% Grass Fed Beef, we couldn’t eat any other beef. The flavor, the texture, and the overall taste are incomparable! Meat connoisseurs would die for this meat. And the service is wonderful!! Even when I leave a message after hours, I receive a call right back. I hope I didn’t give away our best kept secret!
