They are so so rude, unprofessional, and extremely loud. Ms Cole been on the phone twice with me already, and every single time she just talk over me when I’m trying to answer her questions. The Montgomery Social Security Office needs some work.

I can’t belive they expected that I send my original documents to them. Some documents their requesting cost over 500 dollars to replace.

I had mrs poole to yell at me and say she couldn't help me but i did find one guy there who did so kudos to you it took a few mnths though

Workers are insensitive they will talk over you and cut you off as if you're nothing!!!! They need to know and understand they can be replaced also!!!!! I can't believe they have people like that working with people with disabilities and so forth to only be discriminated against and torn down. SAD SAD SAD
