Always fast and friendly service! I've used them for garden mix all the way up to a diy rockwall and never a complaint. Nolan even helped us load some bigger rocks when he saw us struggling without a second thought. Will be back!

After reading so many negative reviews I was a little worried about using Pioneer. The older salesman in the office was friendly, glad I didn't get that lace masked girl. They called before delivering multiple times to confirm delivery, weather was questionable. The delivery man was respectful to my property. Nice job. I just wish I ordered more, I think I ordered to little.

What a nice and professional man who delivered our dirt. I came outside looking like an old dish rag. He never skipped a beat. He did his job efficiently, skillfully, and with finesse. I did not even know he left he was so fast. If I ever need dirt, sand, or gravel again I will be sure to call Pioneer Landscape Center in Monument. Please if you can send the same gentleman. Anyone who can stand the sight of an old dish rag looking woman is O.K. by me! LOL

Terrible. I'm sorry that my husband spent his hard earned money here. The front desk man was rude to him on two separate occasions. For some reason he just didn't seem to want to help us. We wanted 2 different kinds of rock delivered and didn't have a problem paying for it. 1. The front desk man insisted we rent our own truck to get the rock delivered. 2. The front desk man was condescending to my husband when answering my husband's questions. My husband is not the rock expert. 3. My husband returned on his own after I refused to be subjected to this rude front desk man's behavior. I insisted we order from elsewhere. My husband just wanted to order some rocks and get the job done so, he went back to deal with this same front desk man who gave him a hard time, again. 4. The front desk man gave my husband a verbal price without a receipt quoting a different price than what was charged. The additional cost must have been for the extra dirt and pebbles he threw into one of the deliveries. Lesson learned, we will not be coming back to Pionner Landscaping for a purchase. I have a good mind to bring your dirt and pebbles back to you for a refund. Don't come here unless you like pay to be punished.
