Olga & Liz were both very helpful and kind. They did an amazing job on the stone, it was exactly what I requested! I highly recommend them!

I was very pleased to work with Olga on my mother's marker. This was not an easy effort considering I am in Florida and was not able to travel. Olga was wonderful about communicating the process with me and informing me of the steps along the way as they occurred. I can not wait to see the marker in person, but it looks beautiful from the picture! I highly recommend Monumental Art Works, Inc.
During the hardest of times, it was really a bright spot to come across Monumental Art Works. Making a choice for a grave marker/headstone can be one of the most nerve racking as this will be the one physical and optical reminder of your loved one every time you visit the cemetery. Olga and her team were magnificent throughout the entire process. They're professional, understanding and their customer service/communication & follow up were the best. We went with a headstone that has an etching of my Mom on it and my Dad, as well as the rest of the family, couldn't be happier. It looks beautiful and the pricing was THE best. Thank you everyone at Monumental - my Mom would proud of your work.
I have to sing the praises of Monumental Art Works. My mother died in Dec. and in Jan. I began the process of burial at Resurrection Cemetery. Liz was my contact at MAW in choosing a grave marker and from the beginning she was excellent. She knew what was expected by the cemetery and guided us in our choice of religious emblems. My mom loved birds and Liz searched for just the right combination of etchings to present to me. She stayed late on the first day to make sure we went home to Wisconsin happy with our design decisions and didn't have to come back. Our design was ready the next day and Liz communicated it via email so I could see what it would look like in reality. We made a couple changes and then it was good to go. Because it was January, Monumental Art Works postponed the actual stone engraving until later in the winter and had it ready exactly when the cemetery was prepared to accept it. This was no easy feat because the pandemic and lockdown happened simultaneously with our burial date in March. So things were postponed until June. When we arrived for the ceremony, mom's stone was in place and all was perfect....just as Liz said it would be. Monumental Art Works work hard to earn your trust. You can be confident in their professionalism and skill as regards this last permanent manifestation of your love.
I live in Arizona and wanted to place a marker on my great grandmother's grave in Illinois. Having no relatives in the Illinois area I didn't know who to contract with. After reading various reviews I went with Monumental Art Works and was not disappointed. They worked with me on this and I found them to be very competitive price wise, extremely professional, diligent, friendly, responsive and competent.
