They did such an excellent job for my proposal! I would recommend them to all my friends. They really made it as stress free as possible and made the special day even better! Would recommend!
We were at the Silverthorne event and waiting in line and the gentlemen who was loading people up for the carriage rides did not voice that they were only allowing a certain amount of rides left. Many moms and kids were dissatisfied and disappointed in the way the company treated everyone. He didn’t take the time to offer customer service and let everyone know what was going on people waiting in line for an hour and nothing. Ridiculous
Excellent! Moonlight Carriage was professional, on time, communicated clearly with us, and pleasant to deal with. Horse and carriage were perfect for my daughter's wedding!
