Edit: I updated this review to 3 stars because I did eventually hear back from customer service and after a lot of back and forth, I was offered a replacement ring about a month after I ordered it. Still love the merchandise. I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 because I generally like this store and like to support small businesses but my recent experience with customer service (or lack thereof) has been awful. I ordered a ring from them a month ago, they mislabeled my shipping address, so the item could not be delivered. Should have been a simple fix. I contacted customer service at least 3 times and never heard back, radio silence. I attempted to recover the ring myself through the post office, which led nowhere. Ring is lost, I'm out 40 and they are not offering returns (even though I never received the ring to return it). I understand with COVID the response times can take up to a week but it's been 3 weeks with zero response. It's frustrating.

Moorea Seal is the kind of place you go when you need gifts for the people who everything and place to learn about new and emerging designers. Their store is well curated and organized and extremely instagrammable! It’s located between downtown and pioneer square with a quirky entrance through Cone & Steiner. Some of my favorite products are Daughter of the Land, Veque Polish, and Moorea’s own 52 lists books. In December they started carrying local engagement ring designer, Valerie Madison, and they have a case full of her recycled gold wedding bands, earrings, necklaces, stacking rings and of course one of a kind engagement rings perfect for alternative brides. The staff is really friendly and helpful and even though they are dressed super chic, they don’t make you feel intimidated at all, which is really important to me when I’m shopping. You should definitely support this woman-owned small businesses!

Very cute store! I always stop here for birthday and Christmas gifts. And most of the time grab something for myself too. Lots of items at very decent prices as well as lots of unique and beautiful clothing.
Great shops for unusual, beautiful gifts. Even better, anything they have online can be bought in store! Time it right, and you might hit one of their little parties with freebies like manicures, champagne, and/or ice cream.
Decent spot for accessories and affordable gifts. 52 Lists Project is beautiful and useful. Be aware that if you order something online you have to wait for not just an order confirmation, but a confirmation that your order is ready to pick up. 24 hours after I placed an order I showed up to pick up two books and was told that she would "see what she could do" and then could "make an exception" and let me pick up the order, which is cool but also not cool because the books were just sitting there in the back room and simply had to be handed to the cashier. She was pretty snippy about it to boot. I understand policy, but part of having a policy is making it very clear to the customer if you then want to make an issue of it.
This is such a cute little shop! They are a perfect place to find gifts for your girlfriends. Lots of pretty jewelry, bags, and other accessories, plus prints, greeting cards, and other fun things.
Great selection of statement accessories, gifts and spiritual essentials. The staff here is great and so friendly, which makes the shopping experience extra special.
