I called them for garage door repair. They had a tech to get in touch with me via text and ask abt the issue. I explained that i had just purchased the house and had already broke the garage door. I explained the error that I was getting, what I did to close it and how at the time one side of the garage door was in the ground and the other side was raised. I sent him a picture and asked for an estimate, just from looking at the picture the tech explained that it would be anywhere from 190.00-260.00. I was going to have him come out, but my gut told me to put him on ice and shop around. I reached out to my former landlord asked him did he have any suggestions and he gave me the number to Quality garage doors LLC. I called and spoke with the secretary explained the issue and she immediately told me there would be a 98.00 service charge. Rick came out the next morning, fixed the garage door in 15 minutes, also reset my codes, and once I told him my former landlord referred me, he said well that earned you a discount! Final charge: 88.00 a 3% charge for using a credit card. I told Rick about my previous encounter with garage door repair of Mooresville and he laughed, he said he wanted to charge you 200 just from looking at a picture. He said if you would have sent me the picture, the price still would have been 98.00. This was my first repair experience as a home owner and it just goes to show you some of these crooked some of these guys can be. Thanks Quality Garage!!
