I travel to the Dayton area for work regualrly so I decided to stop by this place and train the last itme I was in town, and I was impressed to say the least! Amazing instruction and group of guys to train with. I had the honor of rolling with Professor Jon Stutzman for a few rounds and I can honestly say I have never felt such crushing pressure and absolute control in my life; it was awesome, lol! I will definitely look to stop by here again regualrly in the future, and would absolutley recommend this gym to anyone in the Dayton area looking to improve their BJJ game.

Their is a comraderie, the more skilled students willingly help the newer ones. Respect is taught, earned, expected and it is given.
Great only thing to note is a bit expensive. Minus contracts. Would be perfect the instructors are all great and I’d recommend
The best coaches in the area for their crafts(Muay Thai/bjj) . Aaron, Sean and Jon are all great.
If you think you're too old to start training BJJ, you aren't. If you think you're too out-of-shape to start training BJJ: you're not that either. S&G was great about helping me get started - and it's been easy to keep it up. Three years in, and I'm still here rolling.
