Jon is fantastic. Not just as a men’s rights attorney but as a human being. He certainly helped me out with my situation. Here’s a rundown..... My ex-wife and I have shared custody our entire life even though our divorce papers stated other wise. One thing went wrong and boom, she shoved the divorce papers in my face. Back to every other weekend custody. Well I came to Jon, explained my situation, and Jon, unlike most attorneys, went straight to work. John was simply the best. He broke down the law to me very well as it pertained to my case. His courtroom etiquette puts the Judge in a more neutral frame of mind. John will fight hard for you. If he gives you advice simply take it to the bank. Trust him. Be completely honest with him and his performance on your behalf will be unimaginable. Different cases contain different elements that may or may not work in your favor. However, John will go the extra mile in every case. John helped me lower my arrears and get an affordable Child Support payment. He also helped me with my appeal prior to and I even got great results with that. Can't say enough about this man. This is the lawyer you need if you are looking for a man who will defend your rights as a father. He took every call and and replied to every email. He presented family law in a way that I could understand. As a Marine, I needed someone who understands, the role of a father, that a father is very important in a child's life.
