After reviewing several property management companies online, I contacted Morris Green (among a few others) to inquire about management services. At first, I was discouraged that I couldn't get through to any companies, which is understandable given COVID & all, but this company answered the phone immediately. How refreshing. I spoke to Andy, who provided answers to all of my questions very quickly. After talking with him for some time, he took my contact email & sent me some additional information about their company to review. Our conversation & his subsequent email answered nearly every question I had about the scope & cost of services, which were surprisingly affordable. Included in the email was additional (unsolicited) detail regarding the market value of my property, as well as some really tailored insight into the local market & neighborhood. He really went above and beyond. I spoke to several management companies during this process, but found their integrity and thorough approach to be extremely impressive. While I'll be living in my home until May of next year, I will undoubtedly be using this company to manage my rental when I relocate for my new job in Seattle next year. Very professional. Highly Recommend!

I’m not one to write reviews. Let’s just say after I left my Rental property I pretty much paid for a remodeling of someone’s house. So many errorenous charges. I literally spent \u003c1 month total in a house over a period of 12 months and they came up with all kinds of bizarre things I had to fix. This company is trash and I would absolutely pay the extra money for a different rental house and save yourself in the long run when you get 26 bogus charges. Terrible company. The photo below explains how ridiculous some of these charges were. This photo is my response to \our agreement\. I literally paid for 3 new light fixtures... I paid 75 dollars to throw away curtains that were left by the previous owner because I was being nice by not throwing it away. I will let you decide if you think this is a fair company.

honestly a pretty pathetic management company. in the year we lived at our rental, we encountered 2 weeks of fleas during move-in during which we had to live somewhere else bc we all know living with fleas is super healthy (yeah we weren't compensated), a roach infestation, broken windows, a broken door knob, gas being randomly cut-off in the winter (apparently 3 properties on elmwood lane are ingeniously interconnected), a fly infestation during move-out, non-ventilated bathrooms (pretty sure this violates city code) and a non-working, disgusting dishwasher . but its ok bc morris green gave us 50 dollars each in visa giftcards. here's my advice to any prospective tenants: get ur rental inspected beforehand so you dont have to deal with morris green's stellar incompetence they also erroneously charged us for not steam cleaning the carpet and not changing the air filter during move-out (sure, they refunded us after we provided the receipts but tbh im pretty sure they were just trying to get as much as they could out of our deposit...they also charge u a lot for deep cleaning, even though i doubt they deep clean their properties) did give them a star bc everyone but james was incredibly useless and we did get a new fridge/laundry units automated responses are the best (see below):

I communicated through Brad Thompson and despite my eagerness to lease the place he was unresponsive. I followed up multiple times and I told him I really didn't want to miss out on leasing it, he said no one had applied for it and yet the next time I contacted him he said someone else leased it. Very unprofessional. I will not be leasing a place from them.

Looking forward to moving here in December. The neighborhood is clean and situated in a good location in South Austin. Big pluses are google fiber and having a garage attached to the property.
