I signed on with Joe for a major home renovation: removing load bearing walls, reconfiguring main level to an open floor plan, adding a deck. Joe was able to come up with a conservative design option, as well as an incredibly creative option, with ideas I never would have come up with myself. In the end, I went with a more conservative design. Throughout the process, Joe treated my money, like it was his own. He would provide recommendations as to how I could keep costs down. Additionally, Joe has a significant number of resources. I used several of them - all expert, especially his flooring guy, Ron Foy - Parsippany. Joe also has experience as a builder, so he can provide guidance on the project and make sure it's progressing as expected. He is talented, accessible and has an fun, casual style. I would certainly recommend him.
