I have been trading for 30 plus years and this was a top 3 deal as they went above and beyond to put retail in the trade and wholesale pricing on their end. We shopped numerous dealers on a 2020 F-150 XLT Supercrew and they by far had the best bottom line price and this was our second purchase from Alan Vigil Ford. We were treated very well from start to finish and the i drove from N Fl to pickup the truck and the process was flawless and efficient. We would highly recommend giving them a chance to earn your business our Sales Rep Orolando McNair will do all he can to get your deal done and Mr Tony in finance will get you in and out quickly. We will give them last shot on any of our future deals and refer family/friends for their auto needs as well...

*Long overdue review* Yesterday was the one-year anniversary of buying my 2019 Ranger from Mr. Cooper at Allan Vigil Ford. I am giving them 5 stars for two reasons. First, Mr. Cooper was super nice and pleasant to talk with while we were going through the buying process. He has followed up with me a couple of times over the last year. If you want a salesman who is helpful, polite, and not too pushy, I would recommend Mr. Cooper. Second, there was a mistake made when we negotiated the price of the truck online prior to arriving at the dealership. Long story short, they approved my offer when it was several thousand dollars less than they wanted to take (the approving manager thought I was trading in my old car). When they realized the mistake was on their end, they owned up to it and honored the offer.

This establishment is very unprofessional. Communication is poor. I scheduled an appointment for a recall on my vehicle. I get to the dealership, leave my car & receive a text saying the part for my vehicle is on back order. I left work to drop my vehicle off, but this could have been avoided with communication. I am sure, prior to me getting there, they knew the part was on back order. Why not simply give the customer a courtesy call in advance to advise not to come until the part is in? Total waste of time & gas. We're in a pandemic & people are being let go from their jobs daily. I can't afford to keep taking off of work to entertain unprofessionalism.
