As a single mom who doesn’t have a lot of time or money, I thought since I would be in Annapolis for a few days I should get my bike fixed since it’s Basically a very easy job and I could do it myself if I had tools. I have been riding for over thirty years, I have owned just about every kind of bike there is. I’ve worked as a professional stunt rider and raced bikes as a hobby. I’m not new to the bike scene and I can perform a lot of my own maintenance (such as an oil change) I called this shop because I happened to be in Annapolis for a few days and told them exactly what I needed to have done to my old gsxr750. They put the mechanic on the phone and we agreed on what needed to be done which is why I brought them over the bike in the first place. I have my own Bike mechanic in Virginia where I live but thought since I was here and they said they could do it today I decided to give them a shot since it’s a very easy fix. I thought they would at least take a look at the bike and call me if they thought it needed anything else done, I ended up calling them only to be told they had completed a hundred and fifteen dollar oil change that I could of done myself but that they didn’t have the time or the tools to fix the other issue which is why I took it in to begin with. I feel extremely taken advantage of and I’m not sure if it’s because they are not ethical in their business practices or if it’s because I’m a woman and they think I don’t know any better. Either way I’ll be sure to let anyone who will listen know about what a terrible experience this was for me. I also hate giving bad reviews but hopefully this will help the next person think twice about doing business with this shop.
