Very honest, will tell you every little issue your mower has and isn’t over priced, I’ve already taken him my edger and my lawnmower. I highly recommend to anyone and work speaks for itself!
Horribly RUDE customer service. We wanted to support a small business as a paying customer through these tough times to repair our mower. After not receiving a call about the status of my lawn mower, I nicely and politely called to check up on when we needed to come get it. He suddenly yelled at me over the phone that he did try to call (I’ve actively been watching my phone all day because I’m waiting on a call from our realtor) and we needed to come get it, even though I was never angry or had an attitude in the first place, and so I said “no problem I’ll have my husband come pick it up”. And when my husband got there he met him in the parking lot yelling, and I quote “ARE YOU MR PRITCHARD?” And then proceeded to yell at him the entire time through checkout process about how “mean and manipulative (sorry what?) I am” which obviously angered my husband and turned into a full on yelling argument. This man has literally zero customer service skills. Go elsewhere and you’ll be treated better. Don’t recommend.
This guy did a great job on my John Deer rider. I bent the shaft and the deck and he fixed it fast and what I considered a fare price. I will definitely use him again.
great service excellent repair shop reasonable prices highly recommend He fixed a problem with my mower that another shop had tried to fix with two trips and the mower had died again. I will use him for repairs again.
