Fantastic little place, nothing overly special but very nice staff, cheap beer and specials throughout the week! Even without a special two people, two games, plus shoes and drinks was 25 bucks! Not bad at all!
Friendly, cozy environment. Always clean and the food is great! Great for league players. Great for an adult night out with drinks from the bar while you play a game. Also a great place for family fun night to bring the kids and play in the arcade room. They have good deals and specials on different days. And they also have a pro shop inside with lots of great deals.
Priced well. Music really good. Well kept bathrooms. Lovely staff. Take the time to help new bowlers!!
Mount Dora Bowl has not only taken on a name and image change, their lanes have been upgraded as well. I was very impressed with the welcome improvement. Very clean, quaint and orderly typifying the perfect community or neighborhood bowling center. There's a pro shop, restaurant and lane service. Each lane has long comfy couches, rather than hard seats. I found that this creates a more warm invitation to relax or energize between games or turns. Ethel, long time mainstay (26 years) can always be seen from the front of the house to the kitchen, and within easy reach. Friendly and efficient, she knows her stuff! Staff member Christina quickly processed our visit, assigned our lanes and even set it up for us! I plan to make Mount Dora Bowl part of my bi-monthly form of exercise and definitely recommend stopping by!
