I received a price quote from a competitor that seemed too high. I was referred to Mountain Air Mechanical by a friend who is also a General Contractor. I spoke with Brian and he priced out the items and the price difference was incredible (Significantly lower). Sam came and replaced the parts. He was quick and efficient. He showed me what he had replaced. I am highly impressed with both Brian and Sam. I now have a well running heating system and saved too! Excellent customer service!!

Full ac and furnace install. Great communication, the techs we're 100% at doing their job, and follow up with inspections passed with flying colors. This old house from the 70's has never been this comfortable. Fully recommend using these guys.
My heating system was having trouble for over a year. I didn't like the last vendor, so we found Mountain Air. A technician was sent out to diagnose the problem, and based on his information, a decision was made to replace the entire system. Another professional went out to analyze the system and provided an estimate. This led to a wonderful relationship with Shannon who kept me informed through every step including assisting with financing. I am extremely pleased.
We had Mountain Air Mechanical replace our 20 year old Trane AC Furnace system. My summary would be that they're great to work with, but I'd recommend double-checking their work afterwards. We had a different company come first to give us an estimate. That guy didn't give us a great impression, and left us with a single sheet estimate, with few details. On the other hand, Brian, from Mountain Air, spent lots of time with us, listened to our needs, and left us with several options. And explained the pros and cons of each. (See picture) The price of the system we went with seemed fair. PLUS Mountain Air Mechanical included maintenance check-ins for the first year AND took care of the Duke rebates for us. The installation process itself was fine, and we were happy they were done in a single day, since our AC was struggling on hot days. Unfortunately, the installers didn't correctly install some drain tubing, which the inspector caught. And they also accidentally opened up holes in our ductwork (see picture). And left it that way. Fortunately, I discovered this, and they came back to repair their mistakes. And the owner contacted us to apologize, which meant alot to us. From reading the reviews here, I'll assume this was not characteristic of their installers. So with that in mind, I'd still recommend Mountain Air.
Mountain Air installed a new HVAC system at a home I have recently purchased. Russ Eller did a great job of getting me an estimate and responding to my questions and calls. The technicians that I have had contact with were professional and polite and did a wonderful job of cleaning up and securing the doors when they left each day. I have not moved in yet but feel sure I will enjoy the system and the continued good service I have gotten thus far. I have also found Amber in the office to be great to work with as well.
