My husband and I purchased our wedding clothing at Nalli Silks and we had a great experience. We did a custom order for my blouse and I was thrilled with how great it came out, it was far better than what I had imagined it could be. The staff is very friendly, knowledgable and have a huge selection of clothing. I will definitely be back soon!

I was expecting something bigger than a boutique, given Nalli's popularity in India. They should advertise better, and open up a bigger shop with reasonable prices. I'm sure they'll be successful.

My first visit could have been better..i kind of feel bad for spending my money after seeing not so welcoming behaviour from the lady. I wonder why I felt obliged to buy something. I was actually looking for some clothes but after having not very engaging attitude from the lady there (i think she was distracted..lol) I ended up buying jewelry..which by the way I saw on display..nothing to do with her showing me antrhing to sell. Lol Please be more welcoming and engaging showing that you guys do want to sell stuff from your shop..that will help.
Sarees are good. The tailor is hopeless. She spoilt both my blouses by making it tight on the waist, as well as baggy on the arms. Yuck !! What ever you do - find another tailor. Dont use the one they recommend. It is horrible !!
This is THE place to look for any type of indian wear. Sonya was more than helpful to me , in selecting the right saree for an occasion. She was very friendly and honest with her recommendations and feedback. Not sure if it's the real deal, I.e the Nalli from Chennai, India, known for its high quality and immense selection of sarees. Selection is limited here and overpriced
