I have been going here for almost 2 months. I was in a car crash. Dr. Stoughton gives wonderful adjustments. Kianna is a great Physical Therapist. She listens when I tell her I cannot do a motion, due to pain, and tweaks it so that I can complete it without pain. They are very professional.

I decided to give this place a try on a new patient special of and adjustment and a massage. I was able to get in for the adjustment fairly quick. But it was an odd adjustment. There was no evaluation as a new patient and the whole thing took 15 minutes and felt rushed. Which was fine I wasn’t a serious need patient but never have a gone to a chiro that doesn’t do a full body exam before adjusting a new patient. Next I booked the massage 3 weeks out almost. The day before I tried to call about 3 times to confirm the apt cause no one ever reached out and never was able to get through to the front desk. I had put it on my cal so I went anyway cause again that morning was having issues getting through. I got there and they said they had canceled my apt. I asked them if they called and they said yes. I looked through my phone and phone just a follow up voicemail that just asked when I would like to come back in. My thinking this was just a new patient follow up I never followed back up since no where in the vm had they said they had canceled or we needed to reschedule. Then to make matters worse they just offered me a random adjust to make it better. I didn’t want/ need an adjustment and I don’t like the fact that they offered a medical treatment as we are sorry. And that the next time they could Book me was a week from now on the 7th. Overall just horrible new patient experience, seems like they were way to busy to actually care for any new patients. EDIT: A week later and no one on their team has followed up, I Have spoke to 3 different people at this point and they all say they will have the manger call me. And then no one does..

It's a pretty good place but I've had issues with some staff communication. Otherwise it's a great and most staff is friendly. It's hard to set up Neurology and NP appointments.
