Alec very professional and nice. He explained things well, so I could understand. He went the mile twice by leaving to buy parts and returned quickly and refurbished my equipment.

Had a horrible experience with this company. We had scheduled for them to come out and they no show. Call them and they say they made a mistake with scheduling and that they would put us on the schedule for the following week. Following week they give us an estimate of when they would come out between 9-5. Really? Like can't even give a 4 hour window like other companies? On top of that, when they get here we explain that we want a light switch put in and 2 lights changed out. Pretty easy and basic job they estimate almost 3000. Talk about price gouging! Very unrealistic price per everything we have looked at online and talking to friends and family. Totally trying to scam. Very disappointing considering we just moved here.

Excellent service but kind of slow at times. The quality is very good. I'm still waiting for a surge protector and additional small panel. I would recommend Mr. Electric. Brad, Rachel and Nick were great.
