I called on Thursday, October 22, 2020 and spoke to Anita. She said Howard could be at my home on Saturday, October 24, 2020 between 11-1. Howard was very prompt and very knowledgeable. A great company with wonderful service which is hard to find these days. Thank you both for your help.

I had Mr. grab bar install three shower grab bars six years ago. The finish on the Moen bars deteriorated. I called Mr. grab bar just to have them replaced I assumed at my own expense. Anita, from Mr. grab bar, saidMoen is guaranteed for life. She then made a call and got me three new bars at no cost. The unbelievable part of this story is she sent out her husband to install them and take away the damaged bars at absolutely no cost. I cannot say enough about this company and the service they provide
I needed 2 grab bars installed quickly. VERY fair pricing and Chris scheduled for the next morning. He also carefully advised me on placement and did a beautiful installation. I can't recommend Chris (Lee County) and Mr. Grab Bar highly enough.
Great experience. A representative came with a supply of grab bars to choose from and put them in on the spot. They are perfectly placed and we were very pleased.
Tim my installer was great he was very accommodating with my schedule. He completed the install fast and efficiently. I needed a grab bar installed before my husband came home from the hospital and Mr. Grab Bar came to my rescue. The next day they were going to be in my area so they made a stop at my home and installed that day.
We were so pleased with Tim from Mr. Grab Bar. He installed grab bars for us in both Delray Beach and in Aventura in the showers as well as the stairs that had an unusual angle. He analyses the need of the residents and determines the appropriate quantity of bars and the positioning of the bars. Tim was so patient with us as we kept changing our mind.
