I was given a demo of a couple of sergers. It’s hard to decide on 1 so many choices; I’ll go by my purse to make a choice. I have a babylock sewing/embroidery machine pleased with my machine. Thinking on upgrading.

I brought my Babylock Alliance in for repairs because my patterns were misaligned Antonio ran my machine, diagnosed it and fixed it right there on the spot it was a easy fix. Plus he will take the time to tell you the proper way to maintain your machine. Other places would hold your machine hostage for 2 weeks, tell you it needed special parts and charge you some outrages amount to get you machine back.

My friend gave me her machine! I brought it here for servicing and was told there was nothing it needed, machine runs great. They could have charged me a fee for something, but they didn't! The young lady showed me what to do for my \problem\! Very impressed with customer service!! Other shops charge a fee of 100.00 and up. Here, they do diagnostics first, then give you a price, the way it should be. I will now do all my sewing machine business here!!

Cory was attentive and helpful. The Mr. Sewing Machine quote was fair, about 10 more than the shops near Lake Highlands. Overall, 2 of the 3 workers were knowledgeable and friendly. If it was just these two employees, 5/5. The admin was, quite possibly, the most rude staff person. I was completely frustrated at her dismissive attitude and poor manners. The final experience of my purchase was blighted by her stepping in front of me to toss trash away in a small space - without the manners of a 3 year old 0/5. 10/15-fail. I would NOT recommend this place as it is a service - and customer courtesy is just as valuable as the service.
