Scott and Ryan are the new people who run this store and they are terrific. Very customer-friendly and very customer- caring. I brought my 54-year old Singer sewing machine in to them because I had a big sewing job coming up with heavier than normal material. They did a great tune up and the machine breezed through 8 yards of fabric to re-sling 7 outdoor chairs, one chaise lounge and two ottomans. Scott even did some sample sewing with the heavy material I was going to be using when I went to pick the machine up to demonstrate how the machine will do with the fabric. This gave me extra confidence when I brought the machine home to complete my job. I also use them for parts and tune-ups on my Panasonic vertical vacuum. I wouldn't go anywhere else. They are a pleasure to work with.

The clerk was rude and very unhelpful. I was basically told to buy something or get out. It’s a shame because I love supporting small businesses like this store. However, with this kind of horrible customer service I would recommend you spend your money elsewhere.
