It is a wonderful place to live. You have a scenic view of Clinton River where you can see the fish jump out of the water and has good fishing. There are swans and ducks which are my favorite. Community is well kept and clean. There is also a swimming pool. Wendy, Kim and Frank are wonderful. They go above and beyond. It is affordable and safe for children to play. There is no other community like this one. It is like a big family.

Very peaceful, quiet and clean community. Kim and Wendy at the office are just so awesome, genuinely caring and overall great people! Along with Frank Maintenance & Mike! They all work very hard together daily to keep this community a safe & clean place to reside. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy, rent or even a nice company to work for. All wonderful people here and really great place to call home!
I have lived here for almost 2 years. I live right on the river and love my view. Wendy and Kim are great. They are both very friendly and easy to talk to. Any issue I have had it was resolved quickly. I love how small and quiet the community is.. I don't fore see myself ever moving!!
I enjoy living in the community. It's just down the street from my work. Friendly stuff and maintenance Frank is helpful. In the spring/summer I like to fish, have my family over for dinners outside. Nice quiet place to live.
Clinton River is a great place to live! We’ve lived her for 4 years. Loved all the event they have done with the community. The staff is very accommodating and have helped us with anything we have needed. Great for us first time home buyers. Would recommend!
