Car is great but if you're picking up, you better have a TON of time in your hands... We were scheduled for a 3pm pick up and only got out of there at 5.. also, the car wasn't even fully charged.. they know we're from CT! Our rep was not knowledgeable about the whole process at all, although he was very nice. Other than that, the model 3 is awesome!!

I love my Model X but it has definitely had it's issues. It does take a while to get an appointment at the Mt. Kisco service station, however, when you do get in the service advisers are great! They go out of their way to get your vehicle back to you as soon as possible and will give you a loaner or a ride--whichever suits your needs. If Tesla can improve their build quality a bit and increase the number of service stations, then I'll edit my review and give them 6 stars!

Picked up my MYLR from Mt. Kisco about a month back. Had great experience and the best part the Service Advisor gifted die cast model for my two kids. That was a very nice and pleasant gesture. Had no issues with pick up or quality. Everything was express check-out and we were in and out in a zippy.

Avoid this dealership at all costs. They have horrible customer service they won’t answer the phone, they promise they will have parts in and they do not... then they reschedule appointments last minute. if you ask them about a loaner vehicle or a voucher for an Uber like the main customer service number says they are supposed to give you they say “we don’t have that”. They also refused to sell me in stock tires because “someone else might need them”. When you email them your emails go unanswered and when you have a concern they tell you to email the dealership group which they don’t respond to. They tell you Don’t bother calling “our phones really don’t work that well” I’ve had much better service at a Hyundai dealership. No one cares about the customer once they get your money

Great pickup experience for my model 3. Could not have been better. Offered waters and showed off the car perfectly. Very nice as well. Car was in nearly perfect condition which can be sometimes be nerve racking for Tesla, but besides a scratch on the dash and seat, it was perfect (those were minor scratches as well). The model 3 definitely is coming in with great quality now. This car is amazing in nearly every way. Fast in speed, fast acceleration, technology beyond this world, very comfortable seats with high end vegan leather material, autopilot with fsd driving beta coming soon (looks amazing), low maintenance (tires, windshield wipers, air filter and that’s pretty much it). It’s also cheap to run unlike a gas car. You can watch Netflix, YouTube, twitch in car which really cool. Even play games. Also, unlike any other vehicle company currently, you get software updates that make the vehicle better. It’s like your phone. But yeah, you really can’t complain about anything. This truly is the car of the future.

I emailed service to put on winter tires on my new car (as well as get some accessories while I was at the shop) and was really impressed by the responsiveness from Paul in the parts department, who answered my questions quickly and thoroughly, and went the extra mile to make sure things are in a good place for my appointment. I haven't gone in for the service yet, but the communication and willingness to help has been top notch. Thanks! Update: Just had my service appointment. The people there were friendly, took my appointment immediately, and performed the service quickly (and kindly wrapped and put my all-seasons in the back of my car for the spring). Really good experience here.

WARNING STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE !!! I placed my 100 deposit on Feb 12th for SR MY and went forward with my order Feb 18th. I was right away approved for Tesla financing and was told on Tesla’s website as the vehicle is ready I will have an advisor reach out to me. After waiting over 1.5 months I herd nothing from them. I went in person to find out what happened to my order. They told me the SR MY is no longer in production. Witch is only partially true. Elon officially axed out the SR MY on Feb 18th, but as long as you have an order going through TESLA WILL make you one. My advisor put the whole order on hold and stopped my car from production. They were extremely unprofessional telling me this! Screaming everywhere for all customers to see. This is totally unacceptable!! No customer should be treated this way. After fighting with them more than an hour I was matched with another car without my configuration. On delivery day they managed to scratch my rear bumper on a BRAND NEW CAR and they scratched it already! WOW OKAY. They try to be slick and hide it from me by not doing a simple car wash. My interior was filthy. My rear back seat was slightly ripped at the corner. I was told this was the only Standard Range Model Y left in the country and if I refused it I don’t even know when I would see another one again! Long story short despite all the negatives of this dealership. I really love the Model Y. I wished my buying experience would have been better!!! They are a bunch of liars and fool around with customers because they think they can. I’ll see how this car holds up in the years to come. If all goes sour I plan on going for Lexus EV. There known for giving customers white glove service. Do your homework and find somewhere else to pick up your Tesla !
