We were really excited about driving up from Seattle to Charley's, being that we are building a greenhouse and they seem to be the experts. There was a ton of information on their website, and when we called about products or information they were super helpful. But, our actual visit wasn't as great. The whole time were were there the ladies at the public desks were gossipy to each other, and short with customers. One was also only wearing a face shield, and not a mask....which does nothing for preventing covid. They spent several minutes after a call came in, debating which coworker they could ask for help answering it. Basically going through 4 or 5 coworkers and talking about how annoying they were to ask questions off, and why they didn't want to talk to those people. It was really off putting. I was also disappointed with the offerings in the public store. This is clearly a place to order a green house, and not really up on accessories to go in it.

It’s been three weeks since I’ve ordered some parts and supplies. They had no problem charging my card right away, but I’ve received nothing and I haven’t gotten any notification that it’s been shipped. I called a couple days ago, and she said she was going to look into it and call me back. I’ve heard nothing so far. If something is out of stock or back ordered, why not tell me? Why charge my card before it ships?? Very disappointed.

Bought a wooden floor model with mixed results. Put up a few months ago after tracking down missing pieces but haven’t been out there in A few weeks because of the weather. Went out this morning to put some tables in the greenhouse and the door is swollen to the point I can’t open it. I can’t get inside. 15,000 and I can’t get the door open. Just wish I would have purchased from somewhere more involved after the sale. These are not cheap, and perhaps not well sealed either.
