My husband and I can not be more enthusiastic in recommending the folks at Craft Stove to help with your heating solutions. We met with Dean on the showroom floor to get his advice on upgrading our original wood stove. Dean was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We selected a beautiful Morso stove that we are really happy with. Then Ross and the installation team came out and did a splendid job of installing our new Morso stove AND moving our old stove and hooking it up at a different location in our home. They worked closely with us to work out the optimal stove placement. They accomplished the whole job in less than a full day, testing to check that the draw on each stove was working efficiently, tidying up so that the installation sites were both spotless. Wow, these guys are really good!! We will never go anywhere else for any and all wood stove solutions. We are very happy customers. Thank you to the whole team at Craft Stove!!!!
Called me the morning of my scheduled appointment to reschedule due to employee calling out. Tries to push me out another week but they said they would be able to get someone out first thing the next morning since I have basically no heat in my house. Today rolls around and nobody shows. 10am I call and the guy on the phone lies to me and says that he didn't say first thing in the morning. I also enquired about the price of the fan. I found original replacements for around 100 and they want upwards of 250 for just the replacement and then the timed labor after that. Avoid them and their ridiculous markups and terrible customer service.
This is a great place to buy a wood stove and they are all very friendly. I would always trust them with any further business. Thanks for being the best in Skagit Valley!!!
If you are looking for a BBQ this is a great spot to shop. They sell Green Mountain Grills and all the accessories. They have gas grills, pellet grills, and charcoal. Very friendly staff. They also sell wood and gas fireplaces and stoves.
