We purchased a new Highlander this week with the expert help of our salesman, Garett Mink. After a phone conversation with my husband, we met with Garett, who had several Highlanders lined up ready for us to look over. He explained the different features in the models and answered any questions we had.about them. Presley was very organized with the paperwork and had everything ready for signatures, ready to explain what we were signing. Everyone was very friendly and helpful! Our experience with Monken at Mt Vernon was both very pleasant and professional.
