Due to Covid, there are delays on getting items in. I have been checking in for well over a month. I get they have no control over that, but they do have control over what time they open and close. I was in the area - during normal business hours - I dropped by to check to see if the item had come in --- it was closed. Today I called several times during regular business hours only to get no answer. Not cool. The folks there seem nice, but not adhering to it's own hours of operation? Not professional.
