First time cement project, a pathway from sidewalk to porch. just under 1 yard. I contacted MTS Concrete Construction, LLC Vancouver and was impressed with the customer service, so much that I didn't shop around, I booked that call. I called the day before to confirm the time and was returned a call. The guy that came out (wish I could remember his name), was very friendly and knowledgeable. he gave us pointers and demonstrated what we should do better. This was extremely helpful. I'm sure they work with enough drama when working with contractors, I'm very glad they have the people skills to dumb it down for us home owners. He even backed his rig right up over our project so we didn't need to wheel borrow it! My brother was here to help me as he has experience, he even said, \I don't think I have ever had such a helpful construction person to work with\. I sure hope MTS Concrete Construction, LLC Vancouver is around if I ever have another project. These guys are great!

I called to schedule an appointment for a quote on our driveway and when they answered all they said was \hello\ and seemed very distracted. The man on the phone gave me his cell number and had me text him to schedule the appointment. When the day arrived nobody had shown up 15 minutes after the appointment time. I rescheduled for later that afternoon and nobody showed up again. Very unprofessional.
What a great concrete contractor! You need to give MTS Concrete Construction, LLC Vancouver a call if you have to redo your concrete. I got 3 estimates and information on what materials each concrete contractor would use.MTS Concrete Construction, LLC Vancouver was the winner in both price and materials used.
