Two of my sons have been taking lessons - guitar with Jack and drums with John. I am a musician myself and tend to be picky about the instruction my children receive and I have been THRILLED with our experience at Main Street Music. In addition to the great teachers, I’ve also been impressed with their communication and how they’ve handled the Covid situation. Highly recommend!!

Main Street Music has been a shining star for me. The positive and encouraging personality of the school is welcoming, and educational. Bill's higher level of experiences born from his personal love of music to his academic achievements (as he is a Berklee alum) create a teaching style that has me playing like a musician again. I had a few guitar teachers in the past and they were terrific but Bill and MSM are the best music decision I have made in 20 years.
We moved in the area, and wanted to continue our son’s drum lessons. Our teenage son have been taking drum lessons with Main Street Music and we could not be happier. We have a great experience with all their staff, from his teacher John, the receptionist Noelle, and Eric. They are all professional, communication is great and understanding and courteous of any schedule changes. Also, reasonable prices for the lessons. We are happy with how our sons lessons are going, organized, have a goal that he can work towards to and John is great at pushing him to do more and his best. We highly recommend for anyone interested in taking any kind of music lessons. The only thing I would change is that I wish they had another location or closer but that’s not their fault just we live 2 towns over. We are very happy with them that we don’t mind the drive. One thing nice is that our son is taking virtual lessons due to the pandemic.
My son has lessons with Marcia at Main Street Music and it has been great! They are extremely flexible, offering both in person lessons and virtual lessons. My son has done both, and has been successful with both formats.
My son has been enjoying his guitar lessons with Main Street Music. They are very professional and most importantly with COVID - their building is clean.
