Unbelievable these people. My husband hired these people to manage my mothers property in a northwest neighborhood in Muncie. Being out of state, we expected professional service for the care of her home. My mother was known in the neighborhood for gardening and tending to her lawn daily. This neighborhood is known for their immaculately landscaped homes as well as beautiful tree lined streets. The home she returned to was absolutely trashed. Stacks of hay in the garage?? Trees falling over, gutters falling down, roof damage. Yard looks as if it hasnt been cut in years. Luckily, the neighbors would cut the front just to keep up appearances on the street. There were broken branches and leaves about 2 ft high surrounding the perimeter of the gate (which had been broken). Inside, every lightbulb had been removed (who does that), they had animal urine and feces all throughout the home. (Mind you, we never agreed to pets in the home) so of course we had to get new carpet throughout. Stains on the walls as if someone was throwing juice?? The smell inside was horrific. Ok, so this is how they managed the home. Lets talk about how they let someone else dictate to them that they were in charge even though we had a contract with them. They sent my mothers money from the rental to another person entirely WITHOUT COMMUNICATING with my husband who hired them nor my mother, the actual homeowner. Ridiculous. Did they charge the tenants a pet deposit? Did they really think 500 deposit would be enough after a proper walkthrough of the property? How should we know. They dodge our calls and answer to someone else entirely. They did drop the keys off under the mat still without speaking to my mother, the homeowner lol but they forgot the garage opener... These folks are NOT professional and absolutely DID NOT care for our family home.
