As the owner of a local studio I have little time for online orders when I need something. These guys always pull through with wonderful used gear and fast no fluff customer service. That works well for me since I often times find myself in a pinch and need to grab something before a recording session the day of. They were able to handle my merciless haggling which was cool too!

I found a used cello on line from these guys, and they were great from start to finish. First, the cello is online new from various "major" retailers for about 740 bucks. Well, I got the 1954 model, exactly the same, if a tad scuffed up, for 99 bucks. No holes. No open seams. No soundpost crack, straight fingerboard. 99 bucks. I called the store before I bought it, as the pics online were not super clear, and the guy looked it over for me, describing this and that, and promised it would be exactly as described, which it was. Plus they called me TWICE after they had my money, to make sure I was okay with how they were shipping it, etc. Most places get your money and good luck getting in touch with anyone after that, but they reached out to me. Strongly recommend you give them a chance. If you are a parent (which I'm not) looking for an instrument on a budget, come here before you buy something on eBay for 88 bucks that'll horrify the kid's teacher because it's almost impossible to play, even brand new.
Always laid-back atmosphere very helpful crew you can ask them anything and not feel stupid and most importantly they are honest about the gear your buying or selling
