Great facilities and a great staff. Hardly ever have to wait for equipment, even during peak periods. Are they the only affordable gym that has figured out the correct ratio of cardio and weight training equipment? It very well could be the case. I've been a member for 5 months and it has been a blast.

BBD in Muskego is a great opportunity to get in shape mentally and physically. The staffs willingness to help me achieve my goals have been outstanding. If you are looking for an all around gym either it being losing those extra pounds or healthier eating habits I would highly recommend this family owned business.
