BEWARE! This company performed work on my property in Frederick, MD. There were multiple issues from the beginning, took Gary over 2 months to get a building permit when he said it would take 2 weeks. On numerous occasions I would drive by and just 1-2 guys on the site. Our project manager quit working for Sanbower, after 34 years, and that left me without a point of contact. Gary was always on vacation and impossible to reach. My counter tops were the wrong color, Gary made design decisions without my approval. Anytime I needed something the remaining employees didn’t know the answer and Gary wouldn’t return phone calls, text messages and email. In the end Gary sent an email requesting an additional 35,000 for things like “second roof removal” which I asked for a picture of and still have not gotten and permits that cost 2500 when his proposal stated they would be 815. I would never use this company again. I spent over 450,000 with them and Gary couldn’t have cared less. He was always on vacation and unavailable. Sanbower Builders are the best at building anything. They have done many projects for our family and it is always a pleasure working with them. Their attention to detail is unmatched and their price is always reasonable. If you want to do business with the best in the business use Sanbower .... no one else comes close:)
Sanbower Builders have done two projects for me. Converted my attic into living space and added a small room on the back of my house. In both cases I found them responsive and reliable. They were always available to answer my questions, and had excellent ideas to share. On both projects they used the best materials, and carefully made sure the details fit with my 1935 era house. I highly recommend them!

Customer service is extremely non existent with this company. Job quotes do not reflect the low and bad quality this company does. Hire at your own judgement. Will they get the job done? Yes. Will there be alot of imperfections? Definitely. The company is qualified. They just lack the decency to suggest proper painters and drywalling. Beware. Hire someone else for paint and drywall.
