I always called Myrna when I needed help.. loved her. Then I called Kathy ( a quilt buddy) loved her too. Today I saw Janna. Now I love her! Its a great experience. She's working hard to keep it going through the covid pandemic. Thank you Janna!

4 months ago I drove 2 hours to book a Mexico all inclusive vaction with this company. The lady took my phone number and information and said. " Wait until it's closer to February and I will contact you because it's cheaper and there maybe deals then." Its 4 months later Not a word or response from her or this business and my vacation starts on January 30, 2020. Thank goodness for Bend and there Travel Agent. Done waiting. Drove 2 more hours and booked our Mexico vacation. Take my advice and drive to Bend and find professionals and real customer service
