I only gave it one star because that's the lowest it would allow! Stay away from this place. I rented a moped from there and drove it not even 10 miles and it broke down! It wouldn't start.. So we called the place and they sent a mechanic out... he said oh, it's an easy fix. it happens all the time. Did something and left.. We got back on the moped to leave our parking garage at our hotel and then it finally started but kept shutting off while we were trying to drive out of the parking garage so after waiting on them already for an hour we decided it wasn't worth it. We wasted 89 and it was our last day in Myrtle Beach so we called them and asked them if they could just come pick it up because we were sick of dealing with a broken moped and we asked if we could get a PARTIAL refund and was DENIED! Finally someone got there to pick it up and we didn't even get an apology! They just was looking it over like we had done something wrong! I mean come on now... really? We drove it like 10 miles! Very rude people. I feel like I was basically robbed. I would stay very far away from that place.. Oh, one more thing.. The breaks were horrible. They were squealing so loud. You would think with as much money as they make robbing people they could as least keep up on them. Very disappointed.
The first person who attended me was cool and really helped us out. I rented 2 scooters, one was faster than the other. When I went back to return the scooters I wanted to rent them again but get a faster scooter but this other man was extremely rude so I decided not to rent. Won't be coming here again.
Fixed my moped in no time . Very knowledgeable. Open year around which is an even better statement of reference. Not just after the tourist trade.
WELL SO FAR THE TELEPHONE CONVERSATION WAS VERY HELPFUL AND PROFESSIONAL I HAVEN'T RENTED FROM HERE BEFORE SO THIS WILL BE A FIRST TIME RUN WITH THEM I'M FLYING INTO MYRTLE BEACH , SC MONDAY AFTERNOON AND WILL BE RETURNING TO PHILADELPHIA ON FRIDAY MORNING WE HAVE ABOUT 53 PEOPLE IN OUR GROUP , 4 / 5 WHO MAY NEED SCOOTERS AS WELL SO LOOK FOR MY OVERALL REVIEW ON FRIDAY MORNING WHILE ON THE PLANE \ GIVING IT A TRY
