An absolute delight from beginning to end. I cannot find a single negative thing to say about this lovely shop. I walked into the store and was immediately greeted and helped by the nicest person (Laura the owner) who took alot of time listening to what I wanted and showing me options. She made the process of selecting and ordering my invitations very easy. She kept to the agreed timeline and stayed in communication throughput the process. I was extremely satisfied with the finished product. I highly recommend this business to anyone who wants beautiful quality invitations.

Laura beat every expectation that I had when it came to designing and then printing our wedding invitations. When I first started looking at invitations I came across Charlotte Lily and I was very intrigued considering all the great reviews they got. But the reviews don’t do them justice. They deserve way more than just 5 stars. Our process started with us doing a design meeting where she took me through all the options that we could do. When I walked in their charming store, I had no idea what I wanted out of our save the date and invitation and when I left she had gathered so much from my preferences that she created the perfect combinations for our invitation and save the date. When we got our first proof I was blown away. I didn’t realize I could love a digital copy so much. The way she did the proofs really gave me an idea how our invitations would come out and how all the elements of our invitation would go together. Once I saw them in person, I couldn’t believe the amazing work from Laura and Joe. They put so much care and thought into every single piece and element. It truly makes our invitations and save the dates one of a kind. They could not be more perfect to represent our special day. I cannot praise them enough for their talent, reliability, communication, and kindness. We will be forever clients in all of our paper needs!!
Laura took an rough outline of idea I had and ran with it. She created an outstanding invitation that had everyone in awe. Her attention to detail and follow-up on the mailings was top notch. You have to see the machine they use for printing. It is one of a kind and amazing!
Let me first start by saying that Laura and Joe, the owners of Charlotte and Lily, are hands down the most precious couple I have ever met. When my fiancé and I fist started talking about invitations, we did what probably most people do and looked on the internet. My soon to be mother-in-law and I attended the Bridal Expo in January 2017 at the Myrtle Beach Convention Center and that is where we first found Charlotte and Lily. I remember looking at all of their work and saying to myself how beautiful everything was and that I wanted to get my invitations from them! We set up a consultation appointment in which prior to the meeting, we filled out a questionnaire online. The moment we walked into their studio and met Laura and Joe, we knew we wanted them to create our invitations. The whole process from start to finish was absolutely wonderful. They were always quick to respond to e-mails, phone calls, you name it! Laura and Joe are so accommodating and they took the time to get to know us, making our invitations special and personalized. I cannot say enough positive things about Laura, Joe, and their company Charlotte and Lily. Our invitations look AMAZING and I am so eager for everyone to receive them in the mail. We are beyond thankful for their generosity along with the hard work and love that was put into the creation of our invitations. We thank you both so much, we LOVE them!! If anyone is looking for 100% custom invitations for your wedding, you MUST let Charlotte and Lily be the ones to create them!! You will not regret it, I promise!! I will most definitely be giving them more business in the future!!

We have used Charlotte and Lily for our past two Magnolia Wedding Workshops and have been blown away each time. The amount of time and care they put into each project is unheard of in this industry and we are extremely lucky to have them be apart of our shoots each year. For this year in particular, we had a far fetched idea of printing on leather. We weren’t sure what or how, but we knew we wanted the texture incorporated somehow. Both Laura and Joe were completely up for the challenge as it was something they had never done before. They spent hours researching the best method and supplies to use and found this gorgeous leather bonded paper who made the end results simply mind blowing. The created not only a completely custom one of a kind invitation suite, but table numbers and place cards for our table as well. They even went above and beyond to make sure our attendees had their own copy to take home! We literally did not have to worry about a thing, they took care of it all. From design to problem solving to creating the most gorgeous pieces- they will exceed all of your expectations! Brides- this is who you want in charge of your paper suite. AMAZING!! Even if you aren’t sure quite what you are looking for, Laura walks you through the entire process to create the most beautiful, professional, high-quality invitations you can imagine. Laura truly pours her heart and soul into each and every product that she produces, and it’s blatantly obvious. Laura and Joe even printed the envelopes and mailed all of the invitations for us! My husband and I were so blown away, that we also had her design and produce the program cards, seating place cards, welcome marquis placard, and seating chart all for our parents 50th wedding anniversary party. I can’t recommend Charlotte and Lily enough, you will never be disappointed!
